Human Rights Statement

In 2021, we drafted and published our Human Rights Statement, outlining our commitment to respect and promote internationally recognized human rights.

iA is committed to upholding the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, as well as the International Labour Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

By supporting these international standards, we provide an inclusive work environment where all forms of discrimination are strictly prohibited.
